CURRENT MINISTRY & MISSIONARY ACTIVITIES
CHURCH SCHOOL
Welcome to the Wasaga Beach Presbyterian Church School…a place where children are introduced to the Lord Jesus Christ and nurtured in their relationship with Him. Our children are invited to worship with us for approximately the first 15 minutes of the church service at which time they are invited to join other children in a time of discipleship, learning the things of God through play, story, craft, song, games, etc…Throughout the year the children also experience special events surrounding Communion, Christmas, Easter, etc. Nursery Care is available for infants.
MUSIC MINISTRY
We are a congregation who enjoys music, and have many talented members and adherents who take part in the worship service as song leaders, and often share their musical gifts. We invite and encourage others to share their gift of music with us during our Sunday Morning service. Please contact Ruth Currie, Music Director or Alex Boyter, Lead Singers Coordinator, or Sylvia McLeod (Special Music) if you have any inquiries regarding this ministry – please see CONTACT page.
This group meets at the Church every Wednesday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM . Currently these creative and busy hands are making various articles such as; “PneumoniaVests” destined for India; “Sleeping Mats” (made from plastic milk bags) going to third world countries; “Chemo Caps” and “Prayer Shawls” are distributed locally to those in need (some have already been provided to members of our own congregation). For more information please refer to our NEWS, PHOTO GALLERY and CONTACT pages.
